"The hotel itself is good located, easy to reach, the lobby and bar in the lobby is really great. The room was clean, but very small considering the price. Usually I get a room at least 1,5x the size for that money in a 4 star hotel. Reception staff was rather unfriendly, rather rudely forced me to pay for breakfast onsite, then it turned out that it was already included in my rate, so they double charged me. Asked them friendly to resolve the situation an hour after checkin, the refused and referred me to the travel agent (Travelperk) who did not make the mistake, but eventually who sorted it out the next day with the manager. Such an unneccesary effort. Overall service was not 4 star as you would expect, asked for an iron and ironingboard which was not in the room, had to go to the reception and pick it up myself, and then it was a flimsy board that you have to put on the table and a very simple travel iron. Wanted to have some dinner in the skybar, which is really nice, but they serve only grilled cheese sandwich for 12 Euro and another type of sandwich which was not available. Breakfast is generally nice, no service though, seems like anyone can come in and have breakfast and no one cares. No bacon or anything else warm apart from scrambled and fried eggs. Overall the stay was ok, I was there for business and it was easy to reach and close where I needed to be, but my expectation was much higher. In particular the unfriendly receptionist and tiny room made the experience less great. Still would recommend with that sidenote. Maybe the person just had a bad day. Nevertheless, I have been working myself in a 4 star hotel for several years at the reception and if I would have treated guest in such a rude way, I would have been in trouble..."
