"Great hotel in a great location. The standard was good, and overall we had a very positive stay. The only downside was the check‑in experience. We arrived late at 1 AM, and the reception was unstaffed for at least 20 minutes because the staff had gone out to get food. When we raised the issue, there wasn’t much understanding or acknowledgment of the situation. From a security standpoint, this also felt a bit questionable. To their credit, there was a man sitting on the sofa who said he was “keeping an eye on things,” but it was unclear whether he was actually associated with the hotel. He mentioned the staff had only stepped out for “a few minutes,” which didn’t quite match the reality."
