"During the night of October 2 to October 3, the fire alarm went off. Although, i can certainly understand that this is not the hotel's fault, nobody told the guests that an evacuation was needed, nor that all was clear afterwards. I had to ask to a fire fighter if I could go back to my room. Afterwards, from 6 until 10:00 am, the allarm went on several times. This turned out to be the worst night since a long time. Also, no compensation was offered or even suggested by the hotel in order to mitigate the stress caused and bad experience."
