Franzbrötchen from Hamburg, apple and cinnamon rolls, handmade bread, herring salad, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, nutty chocolate spread made with freshly ground nuts… Good food for a great day!
Of course, that’s not all: as well as a variety of drinks to wake you up, such as locally roasted coffee, tea and juice, a selection of cereals and fresh fruit also await the early birds. Plant-based milk alternatives and honey from Hamburg’s local bees are also available, along with cheese from World Cheese Award winner the Backensholz cheese dairy, along with sausage from Fricke, Hamburg’s first organic butcher’s shop – our breakfast in Hamburg is organic and local.

By the way: kids up to seven years old eat breakfast free of charge, and for children between seven and 12 it’s half price!

Yep, wine is always a good choice! 
Especially the fine wines waiting on our shelves, because we’ve brought in expert support for our wine list.
The selection was put together by Maximilian Wilm, who was officially named “Germany’s Best Sommelier” in 2019. When putting together the products, the focus was on regional sources and sustainability.
This means that, except for champagne, you will find exclusively German wines on the shelf and in your glass – all from wineries that have been awarded sustainability labels.
