BREAKFAST

Team croissant or team bread roll? Lovers of both sweet and savory will find plenty of choice in our buffet – a great start to a great day!
In addition to liquid pick-me-ups such as locally roasted coffee, tea and fruit juices, early birds are greeted with a whole host of cereals, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs or grilled sausages. Plant-based milk alternatives and honey from local bees are also provided, along with cheeses from the Wohlfahrt organic cheese dairy, sausage specialties from the traditional butcher’s shop Kupfers Metzgermarkt, and organic jams made of fruits from berry farmers – our breakfast in Nuremberg is organic and local.

DRINKS

At our bar, every thirst is quenched. This includes coffee, tea, fruit juices, soft drinks and spirits.
Of course we have beer and long drink classics, but the fun really starts when you mix your drinks – we’re talking cocktails, just to be clear. 
Reinterpreted old favorites – such as the Nuremberg Mule – are just as good to toast with as one of our signature drinks or mocktails. 
After all, you can never have too much choice. Cheers!

WINE NOT?

Wine doesn’t rhyme with fine for nothing – and we’ve got expert support for our wine list: the selection was put together by Maximilian Wilm, who was officially named “Germany’s Best Sommelier” in 2019. The focus here in Nuremberg is of course on Franconian wines. The wineries he has selected have been awarded various sustainability labels, and the winemakers he has chosen are some of the absolute elite in Franconia – and among the best in Germany, come to that.

A city can also be discovered from a culinary point of view. 
In our case, Nuremberg tastes of Schäufele (pulled pork) burgers, cheese boards and pastrami sandwiches.
Chips, popcorn and mixed nuts are perfect for those who are just hungry for a snack.
